First, ensure you have initialized the SSD Drive. You can do this through your operating system's disk management options. Next, verify that your motherboard has the latest UEFI/BIOS installed. If using a desktop computer, try connecting your SSD to a different SATA port. If the UEFI/BIOS has the AHCI option, try enabling/disabling to see if it helps. If none of these work, contact PNY Tech Support, who will do their best to assist you.
