Most PNY USB flash drives have a sliding collar that does not come off, to open this to reveal the connector please slide the collar inward toward the back of the USB drive doing this will reveal the connector.
on new USB drives it the plastic may make it difficult to open and close the USB, this will loose the more you open and close the unit.
